1. Briefly introduce your company.
Dalma is a Macedonian company specializing in the preparation and distribution of meals.
Our production facility is located in Skopje, where we prepare fresh and safe food daily for a large number of clients — ranging from public institutions to private companies.
We operate according to the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and logistics.

2. Which standard did you get certified for through Intercert?
We got certified with the ISO 22000 standard for food safety, which was a logical step considering our field of work and our responsibility to the end consumer.

3. What motivated you to start the certification process?
Our goal was to introduce a more systematic control of our processes, strengthen client trust, and prepare for future business challenges — including export opportunities, public procurement, and partnerships with larger entities.
At the same time, we view standardization as a prerequisite for growth, especially in the context of Macedonia’s Euro-Atlantic integration.

4. What was your experience with the Intercert team like?
Very positive. The Intercert team was professional, pleasant, and ready to answer all our questions.
The entire audit was thorough but also educational — we learned new things, received constructive advice, and gained insight into areas for improvement.
The whole process was transparent and carried out in a timely manner.

Yes. Receiving the certificate itself was a signal of seriousness and professionalism — which directly impacted trust among existing clients and opened doors for new collaborations.

6. What are the biggest benefits you experienced after certification?
The greatest benefit is the internal stability of our processes — from raw material intake to final delivery.
In addition, we increased our sales and strengthened our brand.
